Our Policies
Booking Policy:
All services are through appointments only. Please reach out via text (213-548-9338) and email (sungastudio@gmail.com). You will be asked to send pictures. Please make sure to send pictures without any makeup or filters. After looking over the pictures, there will be a consultation to figure out the best service to suit your needs. Once that is confirmed, there will be a required deposit of 30% of the service price. Once you send the deposit, your appointment will be secured. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellation/No Show/Late Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment to receive a refund on your deposit, otherwise it will be non-refundable. No shows and same day cancellations will also result in you forfeiting your deposit.
You are given a 15 minute window from your appointment time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, it may lead to a cancellation of your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. If you find yourself running late, please contact Sunga Sudio ASAP.
Liability Waiver Policy:
All waivers need to be signed before starting the service. If you choose to not sign the waivers, the service cannot be provided, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds once services are rendered, but we are here to help if any issues should arise. Please contact Sunga Studio ASAP if you have any problems you’d like to rectify.
